五十嵐の森は、同じ小道でありながら、季節ごとにまったく違う表情を見せてくれます。芽吹きの緑、深緑の木陰、燃えるような紅葉、そして雪をまとった静けさ。
The same stone path looks, sounds, and even smells entirely different depending on the month you walk it. Below is a slow tour through the year — spring, summer, autumn, and winter — as the forest along Maple Blend Path sees it.
SEASON ONE · 春 · SPRING
The Forest
Wakes Slowly
冬の眠りから覚めた楓は、まず淡い緑の若葉をひらきます。木漏れ日はやわらかく、風はまだ少し冷たく、道には静かな新緑の匂いが漂います。
In spring, the maples wake gently — small, pale-green leaves unfurl along every branch, catching soft, filtered light. The air still carries a cool edge, and the path smells faintly of new growth and damp earth. Few people walk here this early in the year, so the quiet feels almost private.

SEASON TWO · 夏 · SUMMER
Deep Green,
Cool Shade
夏になると、楓の葉は深い緑色に色づき、頭上を覆うような木陰をつくります。稜線に日が沈む頃には、あたたかな夕光が緑の隙間からこぼれ落ちます。
By summer the canopy has thickened into a rich, deep green, arching overhead into a cool tunnel of shade. Evenings bring the best light — a warm glow spilling low over the ridge as the sun drops, while the trail below stays shaded and calm, threaded with the sound of leaves stirring in the breeze.

SEASON THREE · 秋 · AUTUMN
The Forest
Catches Fire
秋、楓の葉は朱色と金色に染まり、森全体がひとつの燃えるような景色になります。この一年で最も色彩豊かな季節、Maple Blend Path を象徴する瞬間です。
This is the forest at its most vivid — every leaf turning through shades of crimson, ember-orange, and gold until the whole hillside seems to glow from within. Light falling through the canopy scatters into warm color underfoot, and the path itself feels like walking through a slow-burning sunset. It is the signature moment of the year along Maple Blend Path.

SEASON FOUR · 冬 · WINTER
Bare Branches,
Quiet Snow
葉を落とした楓の枝は、雪をまとって静かに佇みます。足音さえ吸い込まれるような雪の小道は、一年でもっとも静謐な時間を教えてくれます。
Once the leaves have fallen, the maples stand bare against a pale winter sky, their branches sometimes dusted with snow. The path grows hushed — footsteps softened by a thin white cover, breath visible in the cold air. It is the forest's quietest season, a stillness worth walking for on its own terms.
